Absolutely unprofessional. I called for another tenant because her two AC units were having issues. I spoke with Ram, who said he would do an inspection that night. The next day, the tenant says that no one showed up for the appointment or called to cancel. When I called back, Ram says that because the tenant said the units didn't have a previous inspection in 3 years, he thought it was a waste of time to visit. At the very least, a courtesy call to cancel would have been appreciated instead of a no-show. This is disappointing because of all the good reviews listed here.
